1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Larson Media & Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Products

Larson Media & Tech sells:

  • Refurbished and pre-owned laptops and desktops
  • Computer accessories
  • IT-related products and services

Refurbished devices may show minor cosmetic wear but are fully tested and verified before sale unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

4. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished devices include a limited warranty period specified at the time of sale.

The warranty covers:

  • Hardware faults not caused by misuse
  • Manufacturer-related component failure

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Power surges
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • Software issues caused after purchase

All warranty claims are subject to technical assessment.

5. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

If a verified technical fault occurs within the warranty period:

  • We will first attempt repair.
  • If repair is not possible, we may offer replacement or store credit.
  • Refunds are considered only if repair or replacement is not possible.

All returns must meet our Refund & Returns Policy requirements.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
  • Customers must inspect goods within 48 hours and report any issues immediately.

We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Larson Media & Tech shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of income or business
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repairs or software installations.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and text are the property of Larson Media & Tech and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. POPIA & Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be handled within South African jurisdiction.
